GLIFAA Announces the Establishment of a Small Grants Fund

The Board of GLIFAA (Gays and Lesbians in Foreign Affairs Agencies) is pleased to announce the establishment of the GLIFAA Small Grants Fund (known as the GLIFAA Fund) which will respond to identified needs and ideas of GLIFAA's post reps serving overseas (www.glifaa.org/postreps.html). GLIFAA post representatives are invited to apply for funds - up to $500 per year - to host rep events, support local NGOs working on LGBT human rights, or other ideas. While our budget for 2012 is modest, only $2500, we hope that GLIFAA members will respond to this initiative and support it through their annual dues.
