GLIFAA and other organizations and individuals have assembled a number of resources to assist LGBT Foreign Affairs employees and their families. Included among these are the training courses, field guides, and online communities linked below.

• The Foreign Service Institute will be offering a course regarding the challenges faced by LGBT employees and their families overseas. The course is open to all foreign affairs agency employees and their members of household. It will take place on June 6, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. See the Calendar Event for more information.
• There is now an LGBT Equality Caucus in Congress.
• The Council for Global Equality has published a guide for engaging US Embassies overseas in the work of advancing LGBT rights.
• The Family Liaison Office has assembled a list of Resources for Foreign Born Partners in the DC area. They have also assembled a number of Area Job Coaching Services.
